What is two-component room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber ?
The two-component room temperature vulcanization rubber consists of two components, namely hydroxyl-terminated dimethyl polysiloxane and TEOS or poly-ethyl silicate. [HO-(Si-(CH3)2-O)n]and(RO)4Si-H is colorless transparent and ivory dense fluid before vulcanization. The vulcanized rubber has the hardness (Shore A) )20 to 70, tensile strength of 0.39 to 2.94MPa or higher, extension strain 100 to 500percent, excellent dielectric performance, coldness resistance, heat resistance, water-proofing property, weather ageing resistance, etc and can work in a long period under the temperature -60 to+200certigrade. It can be prepared through mixing of hydroxyl-terminated dimethyl polysiloxane, TEOS, organic metal carboxylate catalyst and reinforcing filler. Before use, the basic rubber material containing the reinforcing filler, and the TEOS cross-linking agent and catalyst are respectively packaged into two components. During use, mix the above components evenly for vulcanization. It is widely used as mould rubber for reproduction of articles and cultural relics, and is also used as material for insulation, knock prevention, sealing, filling, coating, joint filling and cementing.

What is methyl hydric silicone oil?
The methyl hydric silicone oil is colorless and transparent oil-like liquid, the viscosity is of (1-5) × 10 to1100 s, the relative density is of 0.98 to 1.10, a refractive index 1.390 to 1.410 4, the hydrogen content is of 0.8 to 1.4 pecent. under the presence of Alkali alcohol, the Si-H bond breakage and release hydrogen. The platinum catalyst, the Si-H bond with Chain Reaction for olefins. When the temperature is above 50 °certigrade, it react with the epoxy-containing compounds with a good film-forming properties. It can take from the methyl dichloresilane and Chlorotrimethylsilane cohydrolysis condensation system. It can be used for waterproofing conditioner, Release Agent for rubber and plastics industries, antisticking agent for paper and packaging materials .

What is dimethyl silicone oil?
It also known as methyl silicone oil. The key molecule chain from silicon atoms of oxygen, and the side group connected to silicon is methyl. The viscosity range is 10 to 200000 mm/s under 25 certigrade; relative density d4200.93 to 0.975; refractive index is ND201.390 to1.410; colorless, transparent, non-toxic and odourless oily liquid. With excellent electrical insulation properties and heat resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, long-term use under the temperature range of -50 to200certigrade. Sticky temperature coefficient, high compressibility, small surface tension, with good moisture-proof and water-proof properties, small specific heat and thermal conductivity. It’s taken from the dimerization reaction of the dimethylsiloxane and hexamethyl siloxane in the presence of catalyst. It is used as release agent in plastic and rubber industies; antifoamer for biochemistry pharmaceutical and food industries; as well as shock-proof and damping materials for machinery and apparatus industries,etc.

The molding silicone rubber (RTV-2) is a two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber. Two parts of compounds have crosslinking reaction under the presence of catalyst to form a flexible elastomer. It is made of the base material of dimethylsiloxane adding silicon dioxide through milling above 12 hours under the high temperature of 200certigrade. The curing agent is elaborated from catalyst, crosslinking agent and many other raw materials....
