Thermally conductive encapsulant is a kind of two components addition cure silicone with the characteristics of heat-conducting, low viscosity, inherent flame resistance, waterproof etc. It can cure both ar romm temperature and heated temperature and the curing time can be accelerated by higher temperature. 

 

Application of Thermally conductive encapsulant 

  1. Applying for the surface of PC, PP, ABS, PVC, Metal, etc.
  2. High powered electronic encapsulation and DC module and circuit board which requires heat dissipation and high temperature resistance.
  3. Insulation, waterproof and bonding of general elecrtronic componenets.
  4. Filling for LED, LCD electronic display, circuit board, PCB substrate, etc.
  5. Out dorr protection for LED screen.

Operations process of Thermally conductive encapsulant 
  1. Weigh part A and part B strict according to the mix ratio 1:1, stir it evenly,better2-3 minutes. 
  2. Pouring the mixture into the electronic products like LED,power box etc. 
  3. Waiting 3-5 hours to get the mixture cured.
  4. Better use it after 24 hours later for long life span and excellent performance

Question when using the electronic silicon
Why the silicone can not be cured a long time? 
a, the silicone maybe"poised"
  Please do not add any powder and pigment into the mixture and do not smoke during the operation; clean all tools which involved in the condensation cure silicone. 
b. You do not mix the silicone rubber as the needed mix ratio 1:1
